Elisabeth Anghel is a retired librarian whose career spans almost three decades of working in different capacities in academic libraries. Throughout this career she was also involved in public speaking at a variety of organizations including UC Riverside Osher Life Lecture Series, Retirement Communities and Alliance Française of Riverside and San Bernardino.
Elisabeth discovered storytelling as a live form of entertainment and sharing experiences during her graduate studies. She has been telling stories at the Inland Valley Storytellers monthly story swap meetings for several years. The Tellabration! ™ 2020 is the first time to tell in front of the large forum of Inland Valley Storytellers. Her repertoire is a work in progress with inspiration from folklore, Greek Mythology and personal stories.
